-To draw a road maps by using the opinions of prominent professors and experts in international law, commercial law, public law, judicial affairs and the laws ,and regulations governing the activities of companies in the form of a Specialized Committee” mechanism”.
-To lead legal, contractual and criminal lawsuits of all natural and legal persons, domestic and foreign in the courts, and to conduct specialized lawsuits in special authorities such as special courts of article 49 of the Constitution and the Economic Crimes Complex by introducing international and local experienced, reliable and competent lawyer to defend the rights of individuals (Legal and Real),
-To collaborate in preparing and developing bills in the framework of cases referred to.
-To correspond with and follow-up from judicial authorities and executive bodies,
– To collect and arrange documents and to document domestic and foreign cases.
-To pursue the enforcing of judicial rulings by supervising the performance of
lawyers by the technical council.
-To lead foreign cases through effective cooperation.
-To develop the required bills and to oversee the performance of foreign lawyers until the desired result is achieved
-To participate in negotiations, and to prepare and arrange texts of memorandums, agreements, and tender documents.
– To provide advice on arranging and concluding various types of domestic and international contracts, including contracting, S&P, BOT, EPC, PO.
-To provide advice on the various effects and consequences of domestic and international contracts, including affairs related to tax , insurance, governing law, guarantees, payment methods, sanctions , currency issues, and banking.
-To review and comply domestic laws and regulations with their foreign equivalents in the areas of investment, taxation, customs, clearance of goods, insurance, social security, and upstream laws and regulations.
– To assess contractual risks for optimal management and development of
appropriate strategies and approaches.
-To pursue and collect the claims of natural and legal persons inside and outside
the country.
-To provide necessary services regarding all registration and land issues and
related claims
-To develop and conclude terms and conditions of arbitration agreements in
domestic and international contracts.
-To follow-up and lead arbitration claims, to participate in the selection of arbitrators, to arrange and develop arbitration bills in all domestic and international arbitration authorities through the implementation of high supervision by “Specialized Committee” and to provide advice on the rules and regulations of various arbitration organizations.
-To review and comment on personnel contracts and to provide draft staff contracts.
-To participate in meetings for current affairs aiming at maximizing benefits , solving existing problems ,and meeting the needs.
-To try to have continuous understanding of legal problems and constraints , pathology appropriate to the requirements, and to prepare a report and a roadmap in accordance with the rules and regulations.
-To prepare and develop bills and to attend court hearings of cases related to companies and to present defenses as legal representatives of companies.
