In order to meet all different needs of the employers and as a respond to their requests, the claims management department has created a network of experienced lawyers ,consultants and experts in various legal specialties and considering the nature of each case, introduces them and ,by benefiting their practical and executive experiences, takes the leadership of the claims.
In addition, we have a “Specialized Committee” to provide excellent supervision over claim management by lawyers and counselors. This Committee continuously handles the technical-specialized issues of current cases of the claim management group. This has led to the effective and continuous monitoring of the performance of lawyers, consultants and jurists, and the highest possible efficiency has been achieved.
